Harrah’s Flavors Restaurant Remodel - Joliet, Illinois

This project reimagined the former Paula Deen’s Restaurant as a fully themed, immersive dining destination anchored by a signature Grand Dessert Station and a newly articulated façade that creates a striking presence along the gaming floor. Curated arrival sequences, expanded buffet offerings, a high capacity production kitchen, and meticulously selected finishes come together to deliver a cohesive, memorable guest experience.
