USF Guardian Angel Home Remodeling - Joliet, Illinois

This project transformed the historic 60,000 square foot Guardian Angel Home into a contemporary academic facility for the University of St. Francis School of Nursing, complete with state of the art classrooms, administrative offices, and fully equipped experiential learning labs. Delivered on an accelerated schedule, the revitalized landmark blends historic character with modern functionality, strengthening the university’s ability to grow and advance its nursing programs for years to come.
